Founder
Angelo Díaz Medina founded Shyntetik in 2026 and personally runs every search: intake, sourcing, interviews and shortlist. Based in the Canary Islands, Spain.
Confidentiality
We treat your open roles, salary bands and company information as confidential. We share a role with a candidate only to the extent needed to assess interest, and we never share one client's information with another. We only present a candidate to you after they've agreed to be introduced to your company.
Is Shyntetik a new firm?
Yes. Shyntetik started in 2026, and we don't show placements we haven't made. What we can show you is the process: our scorecards, a sample candidate brief and our full terms. The pay-on-hire model means the first shortlist is the proof, at no cost to you.
