Enquiries through this site

When you use the contact form we receive your name, work email and, if you add them, your company, the role and your message. We use them to reply to your enquiry and, if you choose to work with us, to prepare and manage the agreement. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (art. 6.1.f GDPR).

Business contacts we reach out to

We may contact professionals at companies that could need our services. We only use professional contact details (name, job title, company and work email) taken from public professional sources such as LinkedIn or the company's own website. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in offering our services to businesses (art. 6.1.f GDPR and art. 19 of Organic Law 3/2018, LOPDGDD).

To stop any communication from us, reply "unsubscribe" or write to info@shyntetik.com. We act on it within 10 business days at most.

Retention

We keep these data for 12 months from our last contact with you. That period can only be extended with your new consent, and you can ask us to delete the data sooner at any time.

Recipients

Our web hosting and email providers, acting as data processors. We don't sell your data or share it with anyone else.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, or object to its processing, by writing to info@shyntetik.com. You may also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, aepd.es).

Cookies

This site uses no cookies, no analytics and no third-party content. Fonts are served from our own site. The only thing stored in your browser is your light or dark theme choice, and only if you change it. That's why there is no cookie banner.
